Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Primary expertise in Citrix technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop 7.x. in both PVS and MCS
- Expertise in Citrix NetScaler, StoreFront, Director, and License Server.F5 Load balancer and FSLogix. Citrix DB (SQL Server).
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS administration and patching.
- Good Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, GPO, and LDAP
- Familiarity with VMware/Nutanix infrastructure and Citrix failover procedures.
- Working knowledge of monitoring tools (Director, Tanium).
- Basic understanding of networking and storage in Citrix context.
- Good Knowledge in scripting, PowerShell
Roles & Responsibilities
- Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good to have ITILv4 knowledge
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a 24x7 environment
Salary Range $120,000-$130,000 year
