A high-growth security and surveillance technology company is seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead and scale its North American partnerships strategy. This role will be responsible for building strategic alliances that support the company’s primary go-to-market approach across the United States and Canada, with a focus on enterprise, public-sector, and critical infrastructure customers.
The role operates at a senior level across strategy, commercial execution, and partner governance, working closely with executive leadership, sales, and product teams.
North America Partnerships Strategy
- Define and execute a North America–focused partnerships and alliances strategy aligned with enterprise go-to-market objectives
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with US and Canadian system integrators, technology providers, OEMs, and channel partners
- Establish regional partner coverage to support enterprise and public-sector customer acquisition
Commercial Execution & Revenue Growth
- Design and manage enterprise partnership models including strategic alliances, OEM, reseller, and joint go-to-market agreements
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across North America
- Enable and support complex enterprise and public-sector sales cycles through partner-led and co-sell motions
Enterprise Relationship Management
- Act as executive sponsor for priority North American partners
- Lead negotiations covering commercial terms, data governance, security, and regulatory compliance relevant to US and Canadian markets
- Drive operational rigor and accountability in partner delivery and performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to align integrations and roadmap priorities with North American partner needs
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to support regional positioning, partner enablement, and joint value propositions
- Build internal frameworks for partner onboarding, enablement, and success metrics
Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning
- Track North American enterprise security, surveillance, and AI market dynamics
- Monitor regional competitive alliance activity and identify partnership opportunities
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 8+ years in partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development within enterprise technology, security, surveillance, or AI platforms
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling partnerships across the US and Canada
- Proven success closing complex, enterprise and public-sector partnership agreements
- Strong understanding of North American enterprise buying cycles and partner ecosystems
