Product Owner – AI, Agentic Systems, and Automation Platforms
We are building AI-powered chatbots, Agentic AI capabilities, and intelligent automation platforms to improve how our business, software teams, and infrastructure teams operate. We are seeking an enterprise Product Owner who will drive clarity, alignment, and delivery across these initiatives, working closely with business leaders, engineers, and platform teams.
This role is focused on product ownership, stakeholder communication, backlog management, and execution in an Agile environment, with technical knowledge serving as an enabler—not a prerequisite.
Who You Are
- An experienced Agile Product Owner or Product Manager who excels at coordinating complex initiatives and turning business needs into delivered outcomes.
- A strong communicator who can engage confidently with executives, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams, tailoring messages to the audience.

- Skilled at prioritization, negotiation, and trade-off decisions to keep teams focused on the highest-value work.
- Outcome-oriented, with the ability to connect product delivery to business value, operational efficiency, and user impact.
- Interested in AI and automation initiatives, with a willingness to learn and collaborate closely with technical experts.
What You’ll Do (Primary Responsibilities)
- Own and manage the product backlog for AI, Agentic AI, and automation initiatives, ensuring it is clear, prioritized, and aligned to business objectives.
- Translate executive and business goals into well-defined epics, features, and user stories that Agile teams can execute.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning support, and ongoing prioritization, balancing near-term delivery with longer-term roadmap goals.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination across business stakeholders, engineering teams, architecture, InfoSec, and IT operations.
- Communicate vision, priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and consistently to leadership and delivery teams.
- Proactively manage scope, dependencies, and expectations in a high-visibility, fast-moving environment.
- Measure outcomes using agreed-upon metrics and adjust priorities based on impact and feedback.
What We’re Looking For (Core Requirements)
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on Agile teams, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Strong track record of stakeholder management, cross-team coordination, and backlog ownership.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience driving delivery across multiple teams or platforms with competing priorities.
- A structured, organized, and pragmatic approach to product ownership and execution.
Nice To Have / Preferred Experience
- Exposure to AI, Agentic AI, or automation platforms (hands-on technical expertise is not required).
- Familiarity with automation, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, or infrastructure concepts to support informed discussions with engineers.
