Role Description
We are seeking a contract Datacenter Technician for an on-site role based in Freehold, NJ. Responsibilities include managing and organizing data center cables, performing structured cabling tasks, ensuring optimal data center operations, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Daily tasks will involve installing, maintaining, and repairing cabling systems to ensure uninterrupted operations and efficiency within the data center environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cable Management and Cabling techniques
- Must have 1-2 experience as a data center tech.
- Experience in Structured Cabling and related systems
- Knowledge of Data Center Operations and best practices
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
- Familiarity with safety guidelines and standards for data center environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in relevant fields are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
USD 3500-4500/month
