As the
Infrastructure Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, security, and reliable operation of the firm’s servers, network components, and core infrastructure. This includes administering and optimizing our Microsoft cloud identity and device management ecosystem through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune. The role will oversee endpoint compliance, mobile device and application management, and secure onboarding/offboarding processes.
In addition, you will troubleshoot issues across the firm’s on-premise and cloud environments, ensure adherence to security and compliance standards, manage backups, remediate vulnerabilities, and provide Tier 3 support to users across the organization. This position is essential in ensuring our systems remain secure, compliant, and performing at a high level to support the firm’s mission critical accounting and advisory operations.

What You’ll Do
- Configure, maintain, and monitor Microsoft Windows server operating systems in a virtual network environment
- Administration of network environment including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, VPNs and all other network communication devices
- Administration of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Administration of telecommunication systems including VOIP and Office 365 integration
- Administration of Office 365, VDI and other cloud offerings
- Administration of imaging systems for physical and virtual machines
- Develop scripts and automation for efficiency and consistency
- Work with the Information Security Team to implement and enforce system security configurations
- Assist with infrastructure projects, including implementation, upgrades, and maintenance
- Research on the latest technology enhancements and development of recommendations to ICS management
What You’ll Need
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of three years’ experience administering a Microsoft Windows network
- Experience with Entra ID, Intune, and administering Office 365
- Networking background (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing) and experience with routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
Preferred:
- Technical certifications such as Azure Admin, Office 365 Fundamentals, Network+, etc.
- Telecommunications (VOIP) experience
Other:
- Ability to work on several different aspects of a project or lead departmental projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
