Role Overview
The System Administrator is a senior-level technical position responsible for the administration, security, and optimization of the Firm’s systems. This role will oversee enterprise platforms, ensure seamless integrations, and act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution‑oriented, and comfortable owning systems end‑to‑end in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Serve as the escalation point for IT issues.
- Lead Microsoft Intune configuration and management.
- Manage Entra ID (Azure AD) identities and access.
- Support Salesforce administration and integrations.
- Build automations using Zapier.
- Support and troubleshoot database systems.
- Optimize Zoom and collaboration tools.
- Research, implement, and document technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a System Administrator.
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Intune expertise.
- Experience with Salesforce, Zapier, and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
