Principal Product Lead – MarTech AI (Evangelism & Growth)
We are seeking a high-impact Principal Product Leader to serve as the visionary architect and chief evangelist for our AI-powered B2B MarTech suite. This is not a role for a traditional "feature manager." We need a growth-minded owner who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge Generative AI and enterprise-scale revenue impact. You will define the roadmap, own the product’s commercial success, and evangelize the future of AI-driven personalization to the world’s most sophisticated marketing organizations.
Core Pillars of Responsibility
1. Product Evangelism & Market Leadership
The Voice of AI: Act as the primary technical and strategic spokesperson for our AI suite. You will translate LLM complexities into a "value-first" narrative for C-suite stakeholders and enterprise clients.
Customer Advocacy: Drive product-led growth (PLG) by deeply understanding the "jobs to be done" for modern marketers and turning those insights into compelling market stories.
Thought Leadership: Represent the product in industry forums and executive briefings, positioning our AI capabilities (RAG, content automation, predictive modeling) as the gold standard in MarTech.
2. Strategic Roadmap & Visionary Ownership
The North Star: Own the multi-year product vision. You aren't just shipping features; you are building a proprietary AI ecosystem that redefines content generation and personalization.
High-Stakes Prioritization: Balance aggressive innovation with technical feasibility, ensuring the roadmap focuses on high-growth levers that drive ROI and enterprise retention.
Governance & Ethics: Lead the charge on ethical AI, ensuring our roadmap adheres to global data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) while maintaining a competitive edge.
3. Product Growth & Lifecycle Velocity
Growth Mechanics: Identify untapped opportunities within the MarTech stack (CDP, CRM, Creative Ops) to expand the product’s footprint and increase "stickiness" within enterprise workflows.
Agile Experimentation: Lead a culture of "fail fast, scale faster." Use pilots and MVPs to validate AI models, then rapidly operationalize them for global scale.
Commercial Impact: Define and own the KPIs that matter: Product-Qualified Leads (PQLs), adoption velocity, and AI-attributed revenue growth.
Key Qualifications
The AI Expert: You have a deep, intuitive understanding of LLMs, RAG, and NLP frameworks. You don't just know what they are; you know how to monetize them.
The MarTech Veteran (nice to have): You’ve spent years navigating the Adobe/Salesforce/CDP ecosystems and know exactly where AI can disrupt traditional marketing silos.
The Strategic Communicator: You possess the rare ability to command a room of engineers in the morning and a room of CMOs in the afternoon.
The Growth Mindset: You have a proven track record of taking products from "experimental pilot" to "enterprise-wide adoption."
