We are on the hunt for a Jr. Network Admin. This person will be instrumental in supporting our customers. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of customer tickets and the first point of contact for our support calls and triage. Additionally, you will be responsible for 1st tier network monitoring for our customers.
This is a hybrid position with two days of in-office work.
Requirements:
3 years of helpdesk support
1 year of network administration (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo)
CCNA is Plus
