IT Administrator who thrives in a dynamic, forward‑looking environment. If you enjoy being the go‑to technical problem solver, strengthening security, improving systems, and supporting emerging tech (including AI‑enabled tools), this role is for you.
What You’ll DoYou’ll be a key contributor to our corporate infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and modern operations. Responsibilities include:
- Administer, monitor, and support enterprise IT systems (servers, networks, endpoints)
- Manage and troubleshoot network components: firewalls, switches, VPNs, routing, wireless
- Apply and maintain security best practices (access controls, patching, monitoring, incident support)
- Support identity & access management (Active Directory / Entra ID / Azure AD)
- Assist with cloud and hybrid environments (Microsoft 365, Azure preferred)
- Leverage or support AI‑enabled IT tools (monitoring, automation, analytics, security, copilots)
- Collaborate with IT leadership on upgrades, documentation, and future-state planning
- Provide escalation-level support for IT issues
- Support vendor engagement and technology evaluations
What You Bring Required:
- 4–7 years of IT administration, systems, or infrastructure experience
- Strong knowledge of network design, troubleshooting, firewalls, VPNs, and security controls
- Experience with Windows Server and Windows endpoint environments
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Experience supporting Microsoft environments (Windows, M365, Active Directory)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross‑functionally
Preferred:
- Exposure to AI-driven tools or automation platforms
- Experience with cloud/hybrid environments (Azure preferred)
- Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell or similar)
- Relevant certifications (Network+, Security+, Azure, Microsoft, etc.)
