Position: Systems Administrator
Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft O365 systems
- Provide minimal desktop support as needed
- Focus on systems administration and infrastructure tasks
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues
- Support technology initiatives and process improvements
- Utilize AI tools as part of daily operations
- Ensure system security and compliance
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years professional experience in Systems administration
- Extensive experience with Microsoft O365 and Teams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Committed to team collaboration and company goals
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Security experience with Microsoft Defender or Purview
- PowerShell scripting knowledge
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Cowork, Llama)
- Experience in financial services or trading environments
