We’re seeking a
Systems Administrator to ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. In this hands-on role, you’ll maintain hardware, software, and network systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement new solutions that keep our organization running efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, and network devices
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot alerts or issues proactively
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including backups, updates, and patches
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Collaborate with IT team members to identify and resolve system issues
- Implement hardware and software solutions to meet organizational needs
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network problems
- Conduct security audits and implement measures to protect company data
- Participate in special IT projects as assigned
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, XenServer)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, PowerShell, Cisco Networking, and Citrix
- Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and communicate solutions to non-technical users
- Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security measures
- Relevant certifications a plus: AWS Cloud, MCSE, RHCE, CCNA, CompTIA
Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree in IT required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in a Systems Administrator or similar IT role
