Responsibilities
- Systems administration and help desk expertise for sustainment/development environments on MASC, covering Windows, Solaris, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and other operating systems.
- Configuration, data management, and software builds using Change Management (CM) tools.
- Collaboration with functional teams to resolve findings/issues and participate in Agile activities.
- Development and application of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring compliance with computer security policy and Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Performance of software installs, updates, and patches, including troubleshooting and support.
- Maintenance and development of documentation, including Version Description Documents (VDDs) and job aides.
- Support for Digital Transformation activities, CDRL preparations, and ad hoc MASC projects.
- Generation and documentation of metrics, tracking and documenting all efforts.
- Travel to remote sites as needed to perform efforts.
- Provision of support across the program information systems, including troubleshooting and remediation of issues.
- Provide Ground Controller support for operations including but not limited to: Resetting user passwords, adjusting satellite position, monitor telemetry systems, resolve communication issues, support data center operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and 2+ years experience or equivalent
- A current Security+ Certification is required
- Final Secret security clearance, followed by a Top Secret security clearance
- Work onsite in Sunnyvale CA on a normal day shift
