Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Systems Administrator Contractor to work remotely in support of a Cincinnati, OH‑based technology team. This individual will help ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of business‑critical applications and infrastructure by providing 24x7x365 monitoring and incident support. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of hands‑on experience with enterprise monitoring tools, incident response, and operational documentation, and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment while supporting continuous improvement and basic automation efforts.

Skills And Requirements
- System Monitoring (3–5 years experience)
- Application & infrastructure monitoring in a 24x7x365 environment
- Experience with Dynatrace, Grafana, and Azure Monitor
- Incident triage, troubleshooting, and escalation
- Major incident support (bridge calls, documentation, execution)
- Strong documentation skills (SOPs, knowledge articles)
- Flexibility to work off-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with “shift-left” operations
- Operational metrics and reporting (MTTD, MTTR)
- Enterprise or consulting environment experience
