Join Govcio as a VDI System Administrator and be at the forefront of managing and enhancing virtual desktop infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in VDI administration, application deployment, and system security to support critical end-user operations.
The Role
• Administer VDI environments to ensure seamless end-user experience
• Create and deploy application packages to VDI users
• Perform VDI image creation and distribution, along with all system updates and patches
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide incident resolution for escalated support
• Maintain network security measures and contribute to continuous system improvements
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) administration
• Proven experience in providing end-user support related to VDI
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
• Strong understanding of network and system security measures
• Scripting skills for performance optimization and automation
