We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI and machine learning solutions that transform business operations. This strategic, hands-on role shapes the organization’s AI/ML vision across industries including financial services, automotive, sports, hospitality, and entertainment. You will work directly with executives, engineering teams, and data scientists to architect scalable, secure, and high-performing intelligent systems.
What You’ll Do
- Define and drive the AI/ML solution architecture and technical vision for enterprise adoption.
- Design and implement applications that embed AI/ML capabilities, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and establish engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to align solutions with strategic goals.
- Create and enforce architectural standards that accelerate innovation and efficiency.
- Integrate AI/ML models into core business applications and optimize real-time performance.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders.
- Solve challenges related to scalability, distributed systems, and real-time data processing.
- Leverage enterprise data architecture and platforms such as Databricks to support AI-enabled solutions.
- Stay current on emerging trends across AI, cloud, and enterprise software development.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years in solution architecture and 10+ years in software development.
- Experience as both an enterprise architect and hands-on solution architect.
- Full‑stack .NET development experience (Blazor, React, or Angular).
- Strong background in event-driven architectures and streaming platforms (Kafka or similar).
- Expertise in enterprise data management and platforms like Databricks.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, IaC, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, and automation.
- Deep knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and AWS cloud services.
- Strong API design expertise (RESTful and event-driven).
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems.
- Ability to engage with executive stakeholders and communicate technical strategy.
- Solid understanding of enterprise security and compliance.
- Industry experience in financial services, insurance, automotive, sports, hospitality, or entertainment (preferred).
- Experience with high-performance computing or distributed systems (preferred).
