Role: Associate Corporate Counsel - Litigation and Investigations
Location: New York, NY or Edison, NJ. Candidate must work from one of these offices 5 days a week.

Primary responsibilities:
- Assisting in the management of any and all commercial disputes, litigations, arbitrations, and investigations towards cost-effective resolutions
- Responding to subpoenas, civil investigative demands, and similar information requests
- Managing regulatory and compliance issues in a variety of subject areas, including data security, export controls, and immigration
- Coordinating discovery, including document collection and production
- Overseeing and managing outside counsel as needed
- Assisting with special projects as may be assigned
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- J.D. or equivalent from an accredited U.S. law school
- Admission to practice law in the states of New York and/or New Jersey, or the ability to promptly register as in-house counsel within one of those states
- Two to four years experience with complex commercial litigation or governmental investigations at a major law firm, corporate law department, or governmental agency
- Experience overseeing and managing internal investigations
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to perform independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with legal issues affecting a global corporation, particularly within the IT consulting industry
Salary Range: $105,000 - $145,000 a year
