Role Overview
The Entry-Level IT Associate is responsible for supporting GreenBridge Capital’s day-to-day technology operations and ensuring systems run reliably across the organization. This role works directly under our IT Administrator and is part of an already established IT function within the company. This role supports the technical backbone of the company: user support, hardware setup, account management, network reliability, and basic cybersecurity practices. In addition to traditional IT responsibilities, this role will collaborate with leadership and revenue teams on technology-driven initiatives - including dashboard development, workflow optimization, automation projects, and internal system improvements.
This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who is detail-oriented, technically curious, and eager to build a strong foundation in IT administration while gaining exposure to financial technology systems.

Core Responsibilities
User Support & Helpdesk
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Resolve login issues, password resets, and access requests
- Escalate complex technical problems appropriately
Hardware & Systems Administration
- Set up and configure workstations for new hires
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and licenses
- Assist in maintaining and improving CRM systems (Salesforce) and internal tools
Network & Infrastructure Support
- Support basic networking functions (Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
- Monitor system backups and ensure successful completion
- Assist with vendor coordination for internet and IT services
- Help maintain endpoint security tools and antivirus systems
Security & Risk Awareness
- Follow cybersecurity best practices and internal IT policies
- Assist with access control and offboarding security procedures
- Flag unusual system behavior or potential vulnerabilities
- Support company compliance efforts related to IT systems
Must-Have Skills
- 1-2+ years of IT experience
- Full understanding of Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear communication and strong customer-service mindset
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech or sales-driven environment
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Internship or prior helpdesk/IT support experience
- Experience with Salesforce
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Exposure to user management systems (Entra)
- Experience building dashboards (Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Exposure to automation tools (Zapier, Make, workflow builders)
- Familiarity with AI tools and practical business applications of AI
Compensation & Growth
• $55,000 – $65,000 based on experience
Opportunity to grow into Systems Administrator, IT Operations Lead, or Technical Project Manager roles as the company scales.
