We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to lead the management and optimization of our mission-critical hybrid infrastructure. This role is designed for a technical expert who excels at bridging legacy on-premises systems with modern cloud ecosystems. You will serve as the primary architect for our identity governance through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory, ensuring seamless SSO, robust conditional access, and high-availability name resolution.
The ideal candidate brings a disciplined approach to virtualization, a passion for infrastructure-as-code via PowerShell, and the strategic mindset required to maintain a secure, high-performing multi-cloud environment (Azure and AWS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identity & Cloud Governance: Lead Azure AD/Entra ID administration, including SSO, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle management.
- Hybrid Infrastructure: Manage the bridge between on-premises Active Directory (GPOs, DNS, DHCP) and our cloud footprint.
- Virtualization Excellence: Design and optimize VMware/Hyper-V environments, ensuring high availability and robust disaster recovery.
- Multi-Cloud Support: Deploy and scale resources across both Azure (VMs, Storage) and AWS (EC2, S3, VPC).
- Automation: Replace manual tasks with elegant PowerShell scripts to improve efficiency and reporting.
- System Integrity: Proactively monitor performance, lead complex troubleshooting, and uphold strict change management standards.
