We're building in the enterprise Agentic AI space — solving a real, urgent problem that affects every company hiring or operating remotely. The product is live, customers are onboarding, and we're growing fast.
What we're looking for:
• 8–12+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong background in AI/ML, computer vision, or real-time systems
• Experience taking a B2B SaaS product from early traction to scale
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you build, decide, and own outcomes
• Comfortable working across US and India time zones
