Law firm in Manhattan seeks a Culture Coordinator to join their firm. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working at a law firm. Experience with events, communications and fostering a strong workplace culture is preferred. Must have law firm experience to be considered.
Hybrid schedule: onsite 3 days/week
Salary: 75k - 85k base plus OT
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing inclusion and culture programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and training sessions, ensuring seamless execution.
- Support the creation and distribution of internal communications related to inclusion initiatives.
- Analyze personnel data to generate reports that inform decision-making processes.
- Maintain and update inclusion-related content on internal and external platforms.
- Engage with community partners to extend the impact of inclusion efforts beyond the workplace.
- Track attorney participation in industry conferences focused on diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate with various teams to address training needs and implement inclusion programs.
- Assist in ad hoc projects to support the inclusion and culture team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in legal or professional services preferred.
- Proficiency with HR systems, such as Workday and ViDesktop, is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client service skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of inclusion and culture issues, with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to unexpected situations and schedule changes.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace environment.
