Overview
We are seeking a Junior Banking Analyst to support debt servicing, trustee functions, and structured finance operations within a global banking environment.
This role is suited for candidates interested in credit markets, bond servicing and financial documentation governance.
Responsibilities
- Support bond issuance and servicing administration
- Review legal documentation related to structured products
- Monitor payment schedules, interest distributions, and principal flows
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and client stakeholders
- Perform reconciliations related to debt instruments
- Maintain transaction records and reporting documentation
- Escalate discrepancies and assist with audit support
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting (can include internships).
- Strong attention to contractual detail and documentation accuracy
- Comfort working with financial data and Excel-based reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related
- Permanent authorization to work in the US.
