Job Description
We are seeking a IT Systems Administrator to support and demonstrate excellence to our Fort Wayne production workforce. As a Systems Administrator I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Daily management of the ServiceNow dashboard.
- Providing clear communication during and after troubleshooting incident tickets.
- Ensuring quick resolution times for incidents and requests through the facility.
- Collaborating with other BAE IT groups to ensure IT assets meet security compliance standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving basic to moderately complex IT issues.
- Working with higher-tier Systems Administrators on projects and driving them to completion.
- Play a key part in vulnerability management.
- Creating and maintaining documentation.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 40 pounds and move into positions either standing or kneeling.
Work Schedule
- Full-time onsite position.
- Weekly on-call rotation with other Systems Administrators.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of experience in the industry
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor s Degree
- CompTIA Security Certification
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Networking Fundamentals (VLANs, Protocols, IPv4 Configurations)
- Experience with a wide range of Windows OSs (Windows 98 to Windows 11)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $53122 - $90306
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
