Client is seeking an Operations Representative – NOC to support 24/7 Network Operations Center activities. This role focuses on real-time system monitoring, incident management, and ensuring uninterrupted data transmission for mission-critical financial systems.
🕘 Work Schedule
Thursday, Friday & Saturday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
✔ Fixed schedule
✔ Weekend & overtime required
✔ Seamless shift handoff is mandatory
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor systems, applications, and data transmissions to ensure operational health
- Identify, investigate, escalate, and resolve production and customer-related issues
- Use monitoring tools such as Splunk and/or Dynatrace for alerting and diagnostics
- Provide technical support to customers, vendors, and third-party service providers
- Support network processing, file exchanges, and system checks
- Maintain documentation and follow NOC operational procedures
- Provide coverage for 24/7 NOC operations
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a NOC or Operations environment
- Hands-on experience with Splunk or Dynatrace
- Experience working in 24/7, shift-based operations
- Knowledge of network concepts and terminologies
- Familiarity with Windows and UNIX operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
