We’re looking for a highly driven, high-IQ operator to partner directly with the CBO and executive team. This is a true leverage role: you’ll bring structure to ambiguity, drive accountability across the business, and help us scale with focus and discipline. The right candidate has operated in high-ownership environments — such as a hedge fund, top tier consulting firm, or early-stage startup and thrives in intensity, pace, and accountability.
This role requires candidates to be onsite 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a strategic right hand to the CBO, translating vision into clear priorities, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
- Create operating structure across the company: OKRs, KPIs, dashboards, meeting cadences, and accountability systems
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment, speed, and high standards
- Lead strategic planning cycles and quarterly/annual business reviews
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, execution gaps and solve them decisively
- Own executive communications, board materials, and critical internal messaging
- Build and refine performance metrics that tie day-to-day execution to company goals
- Serve as a force multiplier for leadership, increasing clarity, focus, and velocity across the organization
What You Have
- Experience operating in a high-ownership, high-performance environment (e.g., hedge fund, top tier consulting firm, or high-growth startup) with a clear track record of exceptional results
- Demonstrated high intelligence and structured thinking, with the ability to solve complex problems and create clarity from ambiguity
- Strong operational rigor - you instinctively build systems, metrics, dashboards, and accountability frameworks
- Strong communication skills, executive presence and resilience
