Job Summary
ARDRI is seeking a highly skilled and driven Encompass Administrator to lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of Encompass LOS. This role is responsible for advanced system administration, workflow automation, third-party integrations, and high-level user support across the organization, including TPO partners.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Non-QM lending workflows and is passionate about leveraging automation and system development to create a streamlined, efficient, and user-friendly mortgage operation.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Configuration
- Manage user access, roles, personas, and security settings within Encompass.
- Customize input forms, field triggers, business rules, milestone templates, and workflows.
- Configure and maintain Non-QM-specific workflows (pre-qualification, exception routing, manual underwriting, non-standard income verification).
- Oversee eFolder templates and system configurations to ensure Non-QM compliance and audit readiness.
- Monitor system performance and implement updates and optimizations.
Development & Integrations
- Develop and maintain Encompass plugins.
- Build and support REST and SOAP-based APIs for third-party integrations.
- Implement and maintain integrations with pricing engines (e.g., Polly), document providers, and Non-QM-specific services (bank statement parsing, manual asset verification).
- Customize and integrate TPO Connect to enhance third-party originator workflows.
Reporting, Compliance & Quality Control
- Create and maintain pipeline views, audit reports, and milestone tracking aligned with Non-QM workflows.
- Monitor compliance automation for TRID, HOEPA, and Fair Lending, including Non-QM overlays.
- Support audit trails for alternative income and asset documentation workflows.
- Conduct UAT for system updates, integrations, and configuration changes.
- Coordinate system releases, regression testing, and post-deployment issue resolution.
- Participate in peer code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
Support & Training
- Serve as Tier-2 support for complex Encompass issues.
- Maintain up-to-date SOP documentation for configurations and customizations.
- Lead internal training sessions on new features, workflows, and system enhancements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience administering Encompass in a wholesale lending environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Non-QM products (bank statement loans, DSCR, asset depletion, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency with Encompass Admin tools, including:
- Field Triggers
- Input Forms
- Milestones
- Personas
- eFolder Templates
- Experience working with investor overlays and exception-based underwriting workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

- Strong understanding of emerging technology trends, including AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
