Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role based in Austin, TX. The CTO will be responsible for setting the technology vision and strategy, overseeing software development, and managing the company's IT architecture. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading product development, optimizing technology infrastructure, collaborating across departments to align technology initiatives with business goals, and managing technical projects. The CTO will also play a key role in scaling the company's technology solutions as it grows and expands its offerings.
Ideal candidates should know and appreciate sports, particularly the NCAA, golf, and tennis.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Software Development and Architecture, with a strong focus on designing scalable and reliable systems built around large data sets both proprietary and public
- Demonstrated experience in agentic AI
- Strong leadership and Project Management skills to oversee teams executing complex technical initiatives
- Be able to lead client facing calls
- Ok with working in adjacent areas of the business as a member of the c-suite
- Ability to assess and implement innovative technologies to advance the company’s platform and operations
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling technology platforms in high-growth environments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in sports, marketing, or a related industry is a plus
