Business Systems Analyst with IAM and SailPoint
Work location: Philadelphia, PA 19102
Working Days/hours: 8-5. Monday and Friday are REMOTE - Onsite Tue-Thur.
Hourly Pay: 60-70 p/hr for contract portion - W2 ONLY
6 month contract to Perm

• Define and document business requirements related to system functionality, performance, security, and internal controls; document current state and future state processes.
• Communicate effectively with external and internal teams.
• Participate or coordinate technology evaluations. Participate or coordinate Request for Proposal processes, impact analysis and feasibility studies. Maintain relationships with IT application vendors. Provide consultancy and research possibilities with respect to solutions and cost (support business case preparation).
• Interact with the business in order to know and understand their processes and (IT) needs. Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
• Prepare test cases based on knowledge of how the system is designed, requirements and expected results. Execution of detailed test cases/scripts for functional testing and regression testing. Track any issues and follow up on the related resolution.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of related work experience
• Experienced in business requirements gathering and documenting
• Experienced in quality assurance and testing methodologies
Preferred
• Experienced with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and SailPoint
