Akkodis is seeking an
Analyst for a
Contract with a client in
San Antonio, TX. Candidate must have strong capability in testing, designing, and maintaining IT infrastructure while ensuring seamless service delivery across stakeholder teams.
Rate Range: $34/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Analyst Job Responsibilities Include
- Testing infrastructure components and services end‑to‑end, validating reliability, performance, and compliance against service SLAs.
- Orchestrating cloud automation workflows and monitoring health to ensure minimal downtime and timely incident escalation.
- Liaising between client and operations teams to manage support requests, track escalations, and communicate service delivery status.
- Conducting performance reviews to present consumption trends, capacity insights, and improvement actions to stakeholders.
- Designing and maintaining BI dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to visualize service metrics, incident trends, and operational KPIs.
- Transforming data sets and building repeatable test/validation scripts to improve observability, data quality, and reporting accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical discipline.
- 4–6 years of infrastructure testing experience along with 6–8 years of BI/visualization‑related expertise as specified.
- Candidate must have strong proficiency in Tableau development, BI visualization, and transforming complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Candidate must have the capability to manage cloud orchestration performance, support infrastructure operations, and communicate service delivery health across teams.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $45.00 per hour
