Evans & Chambers Technology (EC)
Evans & Chambers Technology is seeking a senior DevOps Engineer to support a large-scale (200+ FTE) technical development program delivering modern Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions within a classified environment.

You will help architect, automate, deploy, and sustain secure cloud-native infrastructure supporting mission-critical systems operating 24/7/365. You’ll work within an Agile DevSecOps framework and play a key role across the full software development lifecycle — from architecture and design through deployment and operational support.
This position includes participation in an on-call rotation (approximately one full week every two months) to ensure operational continuity of privileged systems.

DevOps & CI/CD
- Establish, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Improve existing DevOps processes and toolchains to increase velocity and reliability
- Deploy build artifacts across multiple environments using GitFlow constructs

Cloud & Infrastructure
- Implement and manage AWS services (CloudFormation, EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, etc.)
- Perform Linux system administration and privileged access duties
- Support container orchestration and scaling in production (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/ECS)
- Ensure container registry security and DevSecOps best practices
Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to ensure user story alignment
- Contribute to scope definition, estimation, architecture, and unit testing
- Communicate technical insights clearly to both engineering and leadership stakeholders
- Strengthen team cohesion and execution discipline across the program
