Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer located in West Bloomfield Township, MI. The Chief Operating Officer will oversee and manage the daily operations of the organization, developing and implementing effective business strategies, leading operations, and ensuring efficiency in business functions. The role includes optimizing financial management and budgeting processes, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and driving the credit union's growth and success.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Planning and strategic development
- Strong skills in Operations Management and process improvement
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess and interpret key data metrics for efficient decision-making
- Experience in Finance and Budgeting to manage financial policies and ensure fiscal responsibility
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and inspire engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in financial institutions or credit unions is a strong advantage
