Role Overview
We are looking for a Federal GTM Lead to accelerate Dynamo AI’s expansion into the U.S. Federal market. This role will drive pipeline generation, strategic partnerships, and customer acquisition across federal agencies, defense organizations, and public sector technology ecosystems.
You will work closely with product, leadership, and existing GTM teams to scale federal market penetration while refining our positioning for government customers.
This is a high-ownership, strategic execution role rather than a purely exploratory or early-stage build function.
Key Responsibilities
Federal Market Expansion
- Drive revenue growth across U.S. federal civilian, defense, and intelligence-related markets
- Identify and prioritize high-value agency and program opportunities
- Translate federal AI security and governance needs into actionable customer solutions
Pipeline Development & Deal Execution
- Build and manage a qualified federal pipeline
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including stakeholder mapping and procurement navigation
- Support closing multi-year, high-ACV federal contracts
Partnerships & Ecosystem Strategy
- Develop relationships with system integrators, cloud partners, and federal technology vendors
- Collaborate with primes, channel partners, and solution integrators to accelerate adoption
Compliance & Program Alignment
- Work with internal teams on pathways toward federal security and regulatory requirements, including FedRAMP and other relevant certifications
- Ensure product messaging aligns with government risk management and AI governance frameworks
Strategic Positioning
- Represent Dynamo AI in federal industry forums, customer briefings, and partner discussions
Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years of experience in U.S. federal public sector GTM, sales, or partnership roles
- Proven ability to close federal technology deals ($2M+ ACV strongly preferred)
- Understanding of federal procurement and contracting models
- Strong network across agencies, integrators, or defense technology ecosystems
- Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or AI/ML infrastructure markets
Preferred
- Background in AI, security, or compliance technology
- Familiarity with government AI policy frameworks such as NIST AI RMF
- Experience working with system integrators or federal primes
- Exposure to FedRAMP or similar authorization programs
