Identify risks, required updates, and remediation steps for systems using UPN or Email.
Work directly with application owners to confirm current behaviour and required changes.
Maintain daily SysAdmin operations so core team members can focus on the project.
Handle identity-related tasks including account updates, access troubleshooting, and group management.
Skillset Requirements
2 years of Entra ID management, including experience with SAML/OIDC authentication flows
● Strong knowledge of Entra ID and identity attributes (UPN, proxy addresses, Object ID).
● Understanding of SAML and OIDC authentication flows.
● Experience reviewing how applications match users and how changes affect access.
● Solid troubleshooting across Windows, M365, and enterprise systems.
● Clear communication with technical and non-technical teams.
