The Opportunity
We’re looking for a late-stage Co-Founder & CTO to take full ownership of our technical future.
This is not a “Head of Engineering” role.
This is a true co-founder position at scale inflection.
You would partner directly with the Founder & CEO to build a globally scalable platform.

- Technical roadmap and long-term architecture
- Infrastructure evolution toward scale (100k → 1M+ users)
- Marketplace scalability & security
- DevOps and engineering standards
- Hiring and leading the engineering team
- AI-powered matching & intelligent discovery systems
- Technology representation in fundraising conversations
This role is about building durable infrastructure, not maintaining an MVP.
Ideal Profile
- Strong engineering background
- Experience scaling consumer, social, or marketplace products
- Systems architecture expertise

- Comfortable in high-growth environments
Structure & Compensation
This is an equity-based co-founder role (up to 10% fully diluted), structured with standard vesting and milestone alignment.
We are looking for someone deeply aligned with the long-term vision and willing to operate at founder-level risk pre-funding.
Upon successful fundraising, the CTO will transition into a competitive, market-aligned salary appropriate for a co-founder executive role in the UK, EU, or USA, while retaining full equity participation.
