Our Founder & CEO has developed a comprehensive proprietary long-term technology and software infrastructure that outlines a scalable roadmap for significant growth and market domination across several sectors. We’re now seeking a Founding CTO to join pre-funding—someone who can validate, evolve, and own that roadmap, shaping the architecture that will drive our next few stages.

The Role
As our Founding CTO, you’ll:
- Define and own the company’s core technical architecture and product roadmap.
- Lead early platform prototyping and development.
- Select and manage engineering tools, partners, and frameworks.
- Build and lead the technical team post-funding.
- Partner directly with the Founder/CEO on technical strategy, product design, and investor readiness.
- Get to work with and shape IP years ahead of its time
You’ll have genuine creative and technical ownership—helping shape not just the stack, but the company itself. This role is light pre-launch. No coding, more strategy and planning.
Who You Are
- A systems-minded engineer, architect, or technical leader who thrives in zero-to-one environments — where every decision defines long-term foundations.
- 7–15+ years of experience in software engineering, platform architecture, or full-stack development, ideally across SaaS, infrastructure, or IoT ecosystems.
- Proven experience building or scaling complex systems that connect data, software, and real-world operations.
- Excited by the challenge of integrating software, data, and physical operations into a unified, intelligent platform.
- Skilled at balancing speed with technical discipline — knowing when to ship fast and when to build for scale.
- Entrepreneurial and strategic — capable of designing architecture, guiding product vision, and building early engineering culture.
- Motivated by ownership and long-term impact, not short-term optimization.
- Open to an equity-first founding role pre-funding, with full-time transition and significant long-term upside post-raise.
Compensation
This is a pre-funding founding position. The role begins equity-first until our initial raise closes (expected within the next several months), then transitions to a full-time executive position. You’ll receive equity and play a pivotal role in shaping both the technology and the company’s future direction.
