TechOp Solutions International is seeking a Privacy Analyst to join our team and play an integral role in protecting our clients' private information. As a Privacy Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations, conducting thorough privacy assessments, and contributing to the development of privacy policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct privacy impact assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Review and analyze the organization's data practices and privacy-related documentation, including Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Privacy Threshold Analyses (PTAs)
- Collaborate with various departments to support the integration of privacy considerations into business processes and technology solutions
- Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness programs for employees
- Monitor changes in privacy laws and regulations, and advise on their implications for the organization
- Assist in the management of privacy incidents, including investigations and remediation plans
- Support the development and implementation of the organization's data governance framework
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Law, Information Security)
- 2-4 years of experience supporting US government clients
- Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Certifications such as CIPP or CIPM are a plus
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to meet security clearance requirements for the position

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TechOp, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000 to $85,000.00.
