About the Role
We are launching a new, Carease-backed AI healthcare company and are seeking a CTO to build a next-generation clinical intelligence platform from the ground up.
This is a builder role, not an IT or maintenance position.
You will own the AI vision, platform architecture, and technical direction for a company focused on automating chart review, generating clinical recommendations, and turning healthcare data into real operational and financial intelligence.

What You’ll Do
• Design and lead an AI-first platform for clinical intelligence
• Build systems for:
• Automated chart review
• Clinical recommendations
• Risk stratification and care gap detection
• Define data and AI architecture integrating with EHRs (PointClickCare, MatrixCare, others)
• Lead and scale a high-caliber engineering and AI team
• Partner with operations and clinical leadership to bring AI into real workflows
• Drive transformation across clinical, billing, and administrative systems

What We’re Looking For
• 5-10 years in senior technology leadership (VP / CTO level)
• Proven experience building real AI/ML products
• Strong background in data architecture and platform design
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred (EHRs, clinical data, regulated environments)
• AI-first mindset — you default to automation and intelligence, not manual processes
• Long-term care or SNF experience
• Familiarity with PointClickCare or MatrixCare
• Knowledge of Medicare billing models
