We are a well-established Managed Service Provider delivering high-end IT support and customized technology solutions to SMB clients. The engineering team is trusted to solve complex problems, set technical standards, and act as subject matter experts across Microsoft, networking, and security environments.
We are hiring a System Administrator Tier 3 to serve as the top-level escalation resource while contributing to select infrastructure projects. This role is heavily focused on advanced troubleshooting and root-cause resolution, with projects used strategically to strengthen client environments and prevent repeat issues.
What You Will Do
• Own and resolve the highest-level technical issues across client environments
• Perform deep troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server
• Diagnose complex workstation, server, and application issues
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls
• Support advanced networking including VLANs, routing, VPNs, and wireless
• Work hands-on with Ubiquiti switches and wireless access points
• Deploy and support Hyper-V virtualization environments
• Assist with Intune and endpoint management initiatives
• Participate in targeted projects such as firewall replacements, server builds, and network refreshes
• Perform root-cause analysis and improve documentation and standards
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams during high-impact issues
What You Bring
• MSP experience in a Tier 3 or senior Tier 2.5 role
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across Microsoft and networking stacks
• Strong firewall experience, SonicWall preferred
• Solid server administration and virtualization experience
• Calm, structured approach to complex problem solving
• Strong documentation and client-facing communication skills
• Relevant certifications are a plus
