The Role
We need someone who looks at AI, blockchain, and open source not as buzzwords or quick-flip opportunities, but as genuine tools for human flourishing. Someone who sees what these technologies make possible and gets genuinely excited about it.
This means building. Writing code, making architectural decisions, prototyping and iterating. But it also means strategic thinking, product instincts, and shaping what we’re even building in the first place. You’ll have cofounder influence over everything—not just technology, but go-to-market, culture, the hard pivots, the big bets.

What You Need to Bring
You’ve built things in startup environments—the kind where you figured it out with limited resources and no rulebook. You’ve shipped products people actually use. You’re technically strong enough to architect systems, write production code, and make sound decisions across the stack.
You have an open source orientation. You understand what makes communities work, whether through leading projects or meaningful contribution. You value transparency and collaborative building.
You can lead and mentor and you know how to attract great people and create conditions for them to do their best work.
