Lead Systems Administrator | Marlborough, MA (Onsite) | $90,000 - $130,000
Looking for a Lead System Administrator to drive the design, implementation, and ongoing support of our secure, scalable IT infrastructure.
This is a full-time, permanent position that is fully on-site. It is a senior role reporting directly to the Director of IT Operations.
You will be responsible for the cloud and on-premise environments, mentoring IT staff and serving as the technical escalation point for complex issues.
Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- 10+ years of experience in a systems/network administration role supporting hybrid environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms
- Self-motivated with track record of continuous skill development
- Deep understanding of network protocols, security architecture, and systems automation
- Clear, effective communicator with a focus on customer service and team collaboration
- Experience leading and mentoring IT staff
- Network experience across SD-WAN, switches, etc.
