Operational Excellence
- Oversee and continuously improve core business functions including New Business Integration, Client Delivery, Compliance, IT/Data, and Service Optimization.
- Implement scalable, tech-enabled processes that increase productivity and reduce friction.
- Lead system upgrades and enterprise-level technology initiatives that support long-term growth.
Team Building & Leadership
- Mentor and develop cross-functional leaders with a strong focus on accountability, data-driven decision making, and innovation.
- Cultivate a results-first culture where systems, not individuals, carry operational load.
Enterprise Integration
- Act as the connective tissue across departments—breaking silos and aligning operational execution with strategic intent.
- Lead initiatives related to system architecture, organizational design, or performance restructuring.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of operational leadership experience; 5+ years in a senior/executive role within high-growth, tech-forward organizations.

- Background in fast-paced, decentralized environments—preferably with experience in logistics, security, or service delivery.
- Proven ability to scale operations through technology, process discipline, and performance metrics.
- Strong financial acumen; experience managing budgets and operational P&L.
- Bachelor’s degree required; technical or business advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Engineering/Data) strongly preferred.
- Must pass extensive pre-employment screening process.

- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- Generous paid time off and holidays
- Professional development and executive growth opportunities
