IT Service Manager:
Job Summary:
Lead the IT service delivery function, overseeing incidents, problems, and changes to maintain reliable IT operations. Collaborate with Developers/Analysts/IT project managers, Cross functional teams (Network, Analytics, Platform etc.), build strong vendor partnerships, ensure services align with business needs and run smooth IT operations. Drive continuous improvement through metrics, streamline processes, and ensure compliance.
Experience & Education
At least +7 years of multi-disciplined IT experience including:
- Experience in large and sophisticated IT organizations with high volume / high transaction environment
- Service management experience in multiple IT Products
- Extensive experience in supporting and maintaining complex IT solutions with business unit and customer facing environment
- Innovative / out of the box thinker
- Effective negotiation skills
- Customer focus with an eye on continuous improvement and cost reduction
- Proven ability to facilitate across multiple stakeholders to reach desired results prioritization of the long term activities, while meeting short term demands)
- Energetic, enthusiastic, result oriented; capable of adding significant value to the team
- Bachelor degree in Computer science or information system.
- ITIL Certification - Foundation or higher preferred
Core Competencies
- Deep and broad understanding of the Logistics / Supply Chain
- Experience in WMS (Warehouse Management System) such as Manhattan orBlue Yonder
- Cross-border thinking - demonstrate a methodical and pragmatic approach to deliver Service Delivery within a multi-cultural org.
- Experience working with different integration methodology and patterns through middleware platform.
- Customer and Result orientation - understand the customers' business environments and seeks to add value to the customer relationship
- Strong Stakeholder management and evidence of effective building of relationships
- Strong influencing skills –; in order to manage multiple dependencies outside of direct control, but to maintain accountability
- Risk management –; Preventative approach.
- Ability to priorities issues across complex matrix organizations
- Experience of leading Support teams from broad geographies and cultures
- Excellent Analytical skills
