Job Title: Systems Administrator 3 (Engineer)

Location: Detroit, MI

Work Location: On-site

Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension or hire)

Interview Process: 1 round, Virtual/Online

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support projects as required to meet TS goals and objectives.

• Implement, manage, maintain, and support the System Architecture solutions.

• Provide 24x7x365 support resolution for enterprise hardware and software as needed.

• Create and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation.

• Provide reports and metrics for performance analysis and growth planning.

• Establish a Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule and execute planned activities.

• Provide technical and operational guidance to staff and contractors as needed.

• Work onsite every day (M–F).

• Perform related duties as directed.

Education Requirement

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. OR

• High School Diploma with minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience working in an enterprise infrastructure environment in addition to the time required in the Minimum Qualifications.

• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM)

• Microsoft Intune

• PowerShell

Microsoft Azure Cloud Services

• Azure AD

• Azure CLI

• Azure Governance

Dell Physical Servers and Storage

• PowerEdge MX740C, R660, R760

• Compellent SC200

• StreamVault SVS-7020E and SV-7040EX

• vxRail E5

VMware Platforms

• ESXi

• vCenter

• vSphere

2) 3+ years experience with end-to-end management of:

• Pure Storage arrays

o FlashArray // X20R3 and C50R4

o Pure1 management

o ActiveCluster

• Veeam Enterprise Backup and Recovery Services

• File and Print Services

• Data Center Installation (Rack & Stack)

3) 2+ years experience

• Creating solution designs that integrate server, storage, backup, management, and security (virtual and physical) into existing enterprise environments.

4) Physical Requirement

• Ability to regularly lift 30 lbs.
