Following strong revenue traction and recent institutional funding, the company is entering a scaling phase requiring robust architecture, technical leadership, and long-term platform vision.
The Role
- Define and own the company’s technology vision, architecture, and engineering roadmap.
- Lead and scale engineering teams across backend, frontend, data, and infrastructure.
- Drive technical excellence, reliability, security, and scalability across all systems.
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive team on product strategy and company growth.
- Establish engineering best practices covering delivery, documentation, performance, and hiring.
Desired Profile
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Strong background in building and scaling SaaS platforms in high-growth environments.
- Proven experience managing engineering managers and senior technical leaders.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture, distributed systems, and modern development practices.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and strong ownership mindset.
