Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain operational risk management frameworks and enterprise risk programs.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback on policy updates associated with regulatory items requiring remediation.
Drive value proposition and implement best practices across various business lines.
Provide independent oversight and credible challenge to the first-line across all operational risk management activities.
Collaborate with business experts to facilitate risk control self-assessments (RCSAs) and create key risk indicators (KRIs) aligned with identified risks.
Produce action plans and report issues utilizing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in enterprise risk or operational risk within capital markets
Financial services, enterprise risk management, or finance background preferred
Possess an assessment, process, and control-oriented mindset
Experience with GRC tools, developing data-driven analysis, qualitative assessments, and analytical visualizations
