Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Lead / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) DevOps Architect with 15+ years of total IT experience to architect, lead, and scale enterprise-grade DevOps and SRE platforms. This role demands deep hands-on expertise, architectural ownership, and leadership across large, complex environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and govern enterprise DevOps and SRE platforms across multi-cloud and hybrid environments
- Define and implement SRE best practices (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, incident management)
- Lead CI/CD strategy, toolchain standardization, and DevSecOps integration
- Own cloud infrastructure architecture ensuring scalability, resilience, high availability, and fault tolerance
- Design Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks and automation standards
- Establish observability, monitoring, alerting, and logging architectures
- Drive high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies
- Lead performance engineering, capacity planning, and reliability improvements
- Collaborate with Security, Architecture, Development, and Platform teams
- Mentor senior engineers and lead DevOps/SRE transformation initiatives
- Enforce compliance, governance, and operational excellence standards

SRE & Observability
- Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic
- Logging: ELK / EFK Stack, Splunk
- Tracing: OpenTelemetry, Jaeger
- Incident management & post-mortems
DevSecOps & Security
- Shift-left security practices
- Secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager)
- Container and code scanning tools
- Compliance and audit readiness
Operating Systems & Networking
- Linux (expert level), basic Windows exposure
- DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, proxies, CDN concepts
Leadership & Architectural Expectations
- Proven experience as DevOps Architect / SRE Architect / Platform Architect
- Ability to define enterprise standards and reference architectures
- Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership
- Experience leading large, distributed engineering teams
