Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Train Control System support staff in technical analysis, design, development, and implementation of maintenance and system enhancements.
Ensure continuous operations of train movement across four facilities with fault-tolerant network infrastructure.
Configure, administer, and maintain RedHat and Windows servers and workstations.
Manage networking components, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Maintain detailed documentation on network architecture, system configurations, and administrative procedures.
Oversee hardware and software upgrades, ensuring secure and reliable system performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
7–10+ years of experience with real-time SCADA or Train Control Systems operations.
Extensive experience in networking, server/workstation administration, and multi-platform system implementation and maintenance.
Knowledge of railroad operations, signaling, and electrification concepts.
Strong understanding of security practices on RedHat, Windows systems, and network connections.
Proven experience managing hardware/software projects through full lifecycle: specification, design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
