T3 Sixty is working with a client who is actively searching for a Chief Technology Officer | Chief Information Officer in the greater New York City area.
The Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTO | CIO) leads the company’s enterprise-wide technology strategy and operations, driving innovation, integration, and digital excellence across the Sales business divisions. This role oversees the company’s complete technology ecosystem, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for agents, staff, and customers.
The CTO | CIO plays a key leadership role in technology integration and driving alignment across legacy systems. This executive will partner closely with the CEO, CMO, and other members of the leadership team to create efficiency, enhance user experience, and deliver business value through technology.
Compensation: $300,000 - $350,000 plus discretionary performance bonus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the company’s enterprise technology vision, ensuring alignment with business strategy and brand objectives.
- Oversee all IT operations, systems, infrastructure, software development, and digital platforms.
- Develop and implement technology integration plans to unify legacy systems and streamline operations.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations leadership to enhance user experience and data connectivity.
- Build, mentor, and lead a 16-person technology team, fostering accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Direct all software development, R&D initiatives, and vendor partnerships to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Develop and manage the technology P&L and budget, ensuring responsible allocation and ROI.
- Establish and maintain cybersecurity protocols, risk management policies, and compliance standards.
- Negotiate vendor contracts, manage external service providers, and evaluate emerging technologies for business impact.
- Serve as a visible, trusted, and collaborative leader who bridges executive strategy with technical execution.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of executive-level technology experience; real estate or related industry strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience, including direct team and P&L management.
- Proven expertise in enterprise systems integration and operations management.
- Strong financial literacy and experience developing and managing technology budgets.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technology initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
