Rapidly scaling manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on, strategic IT executive to lead a company-wide technology transformation. This is not a maintenance role — this is a builder role. You will architect the ERP future, modernize automation, and elevate data and analytics across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do
- Lead ERP selection, implementation, and integration
- Drive plant-floor automation, systems integration, and shop-floor technology strategy
- Elevate analytics, reporting, and data discipline across the organization
- Partner with executive leadership to align IT with aggressive growth goals
- Build and mentor an internal IT team while remaining hands-on when needed
- Modernize infrastructure, EDI, APIs, and system integrations
- Act as the bridge between operations, finance, and technology
What We’re Looking For
- Proven IT leadership experience in manufacturing
- Deep ERP implementation experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong background in integrations, EDI, APIs, and system architecture
- Hands-on, execution-driven mindset
- Change leader who can move at executive pace
- High EQ communicator who can align tech with business outcomes
