Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Incident Management Analyst for a large, established organization operating at scale. This position supports a centralized Incident Management function within a complex enterprise environment, providing structure, coordination, and analytical support to ensure incidents are managed efficiently and consistently. The role is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced operational settings and enjoys enabling leaders to focus on decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule incident-related meetings, follow-ups, and communications across multiple teams and time zones.
- Capture, track, and maintain detailed incident documentation, including timelines, decisions, action items, owners, and status updates.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize incident data independently to support reporting and post-incident review.
- Maintain accurate incident records and artifacts throughout the full incident lifecycle.
- Support Incident Managers during active incidents by organizing information, communications, and reporting materials.
- Track commitments and follow-through across functional groups to ensure timely resolution.
- Document continuous improvement opportunities, preventive measures, and operational controls identified during incidents.
- Prepare clear written summaries, updates, and meeting notes for broad stakeholder distribution.
- Support process improvement initiatives related to incident management and operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience performing independent data analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deliverables without close supervision.
- Strong written communication skills for incident updates, summaries, and documentation.
- Experience working within complex, cross-functional organizations.
- SAP knowledge preferred.
- Certifications related to process improvement, operational efficiency, or continuous improvement preferred.
- Experience within competitive retail electricity or natural gas markets preferred.
