Job Description
An employer is looking for a Jira Administrator to sit remote. You will primarily be tasked with optimizing integrations and automation between the enterprise ServiceNow platform and their Jira instance. There currently are integrations and some automation in place for these systems but recently, many have been failing. You will be tasked with reviewing the current landscape, optimizing any automation that is in place, as well as standing up new automation where applicable. Additional tasks will include partnering with ServiceNow teams to better understand their environment, testing efforts related to automation, and owning any future Jira automation efforts.

Skills And Requirements
4+ years experience in Jira administration
Well versed with Jira automation with other 3rd party applications/ platforms
Experience with ServiceNow integrations tied to Jira
Knowledge on other Atlassian products
Able to optimize existing Jira integrations/ automation Scripting skills
